About Twin Creeks

What are the eligibility requirements to join the team?

The Twin Creeks Swim Team is a recreational swimming organization for young members of the Twin Creeks Community. To be eligible to become a member of the Twin Creeks Swim Team you must:

1)       Be a Twin Creeks Resident

2)       Be between 5 and 17 years old

3)       Be able to swim at least 25 yards (ages 11+ 50 yards)

4)       Have parents or older family members willing to volunteer

5)       Pay the annual enrollment fee

Where is the pool located?

The Twin Creeks pool is locate in the home owner's community of Twin Creeks in Allen, TX. You can find us at 501 Twin Creeks Drive, Allen, TX, 75013.  (Back to Top)

What kind of facilities are available at the pool?

Twin Creeks has a 25-yard Jr. Olympic pool. The pool has a diving area and a 5-lane lap area. The lap area is 4 1/2 deep, and starting blocks are not available.  (Back to Top)

DALLAS AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION

The Twin Creeks Swim Team competes in DASA (Dallas Amateur Swim Association) which consists of approximately 35 teams in the Dallas area. The DASA league is a fun filled way for young swimmers to be introduced to the world of competitive swimming.  The coaches explain, teach, and emphasize the proper technique used in competitive swimming. Having fun along with building self esteem and learning sportsmanship is all a part of being on the team.   (Back to Top)
